If you have a nice set of seamless rain gutters installed, cleaning them at least once a year will help them flow properly. At least get someone over to have a look if you have trees around. The leaves go in the gutters and try flushing out through the downspout. They start building up and next thing you know, your gutters aren’t draining properly.
